About Us

The International Affairs Department of Baqir al-Olum University, with more than a decade of experience in holding numerous conferences such as the First Conference on Religion, Culture, and Technology, Human Rights in the Eastern Perspective, and others, as well as organizing various courses and classes for students abroad, has gained considerable experience in international fields and has taken steps toward promoting Islamic sciences and establishing connections with other academic centers around the world. The International Affairs Department of Baqir al-Olum University, under the leadership of Dr. Seyed Hadi Sajjadi (faculty member of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Tehran), is seeking to continue this academic path by holding the Second International Conference on Religion, Culture, and Technology.

This conference, organized in collaboration with Baqir al-Olum University, the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Tehran, and Sharif University of Technology, is an effort to disseminate, synchronize, and align Islamic sciences with technological discussions. The conference will be held from May 4 to May 7, 2026, in the cities of Qom and Tehran, with the participation of prominent domestic professors and international guests.

The second conference on religion, culture and technology will be held from May 14, 1405 to May 17, 1405 in the cities of Qom and Tehran, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
