Explanation: The conference themes are outlined in eight major categories. The first three themes pertain to theoretical and foundational issues. The next three themes address challenges and the provision of solutions (impact assessment). The final two themes, with a problem-oriented approach, focus on two critical issues: family and governance in the realms of cyberspace and artificial intelligence.
